Exeter to Norwich. The service we offer is truly flexible and ranges from full
portfolio management including rent and service charge collection, repairs, lease
renewals and re-letting, to a database function purely recording and actioning
lease details.
Our comprehensive national coverage allows us to administer portfolios of property
located throughout the UK whilst maintaining a centralised one-stop reporting
service to our clients through a dedicated Account Manager.
We also provide an accounting/payment service whereby we can account for mortgage
repayments from rental income received.

Countrywide Estate Management won the Heart of England’s Co-operative
Society’s commercial property management contract and manage their
entire trading and non-trading property portfolio. Located throughout
Warwickshire and Leicestershire, the properties comprise a mix of
retail, office, land and residential. The range of services includes
property management and rent collection for the non-trading properties,
asset valuations, rating appeals and planning advice and disposals and
acquisitions.
